[Jsonar] SFZ with Sonar's patch browser

Well, could get the synth font interface to cooperate with
window-eyes, maybe need to try jaws, but managed to do it with bank
numbers in the .starr file.

On track 11 which is really channel 11 the way they have things
mapped changed 0:0 to 128:0 which gave me a drumkit on midi channel 11.

Of course it'd be nice to have dynamic bank numbers instead of this
hard wired approach we have dynamic program changes, why can't bank
changes be this way?

Ah well, can't bitch if the program is free right?

Maybe there's a way to do it and we ain't discovered it yet, or maybe
we can write to the author and ask him to give us this feature.

I know we have sfz and stuff, but I'd pay for a decent font player
that was accessible without any special voodoo and synth font has the
added advantage of being able to do vst effects and all that stuff as
well as multiple fonts which sfz can't do and I do have a butt load
of sound fonts.
