[Jsonar] reinstalling was: Jsonar always need to run incert control R

[Bobcat]

I'm going to uninstall JSonar and HSC.  Then reinstall the latest versions. 
What order should I remove them?  Do I need to use the special instructions 
for HSC removal if I haven't modified any other Jaws scripts?
