[Jsonar] Groove clips: Terminology

it's the same thing; you should however , set to correct choices in the clip properties dialog , audio stretching tab. are you familiar with this dialog?

  Does anybody know if turning a clip into a groove clip, and acidizing a loop, mean the same thing?
  If yes, then is it easier to do this in Sonar or in SoundForge?
