robert what you're talking about is exray. it's in the options global menu on the first tab.
it's essential that it's turned off for the plugins to work.

  Unfortenatelly I can't enjoy the dimension Pro fully, because my tascam us 144 is horribly slow :-(
  That's the reason why I'll buy a RME Multiface soon.

    Welcome here, and I hope you are just as satesfied with dimension pro as I am. :-)
    ok on to your question.
    have you installed hot spot clicker on all machines?
    when you're in the synthrack you must press p to open the dimension window, and after that you can press alt shift b to get to the program browser.

      Hi to all
      I'm Benjamin, or just Ben, 25 years, some of you could know me from blind cool tech. I'm a musician and teacher in Zurich.

      I need some help with JSonar and Dimension Pro. I have a desktop pc and a notebook. When I create a project in sonar and add dimension pro, after that I'd like to open the program browser for selecting the sounds. On both computers I can hear the message "Window not found, hotspot failed". On the desktop pc I can access the program browser anyway, but on the notebook it doesn't work.
      Both systems are win XP Pro. The notebook is a Lenovo X200.
      I tried to fix it with reinstall of JSonar but didn't get it to work so far.
      What can I do to fix this?
      Thanks for any suggestions you can give me.
