[Jsonar] HSC and JSonar 64-bit

Nice idea, but make sure you put in a disclamor that hsc is a helper 
app and you aren't responsible for anything that might go amiss so 
you don't get extra headaches.

But it'd be nice to do everything in one fell swoop as much as 
possible, great for beginners.
