[Jsonar] need help with making beats

Janelle, I think I saw your message on the jsonar list a while back 
asking about dance and trans music.

Unless you want to always use pre-existing loops and such, you'll 
need to play or program your own midi or audio data in and then 
manipulate it for complete control.

There are drum machine like programs groove agent3 and such which can 
generate drum loops and such for you, but you always get the same 
thing, variation depends on you being able to play, so I'd say get a 
midi controler of some kind, and start practicing bass lines, and 
drum beats, and building up your chops a bit, you can always fix 
mistakes after the fact with quantize or nudgeing.
