[Jsonar] Loops.

Ok, I've been putting this off for a long time, but it's time I learned how
to use loops in Sonar.  Other than the Sonar help and the ins-h hot key help
for loop explorer/construction views, is there a good tutorial that will
show me how to use and/or build loops using Jsonar?
