[Jsonar] Getting sound fonts to play using sfz in sonar

SFZ should be included with sonar, but you can get it via download if that's
not the case. The sfz works like a midi instrument, you insert it and it'll
create a midi track and an audio track. The audio track outputs the audio,
while the midi track controls it. You can record whatever you'd like, edit
the midi in the event list, rerecord passages, step sequence, etc. Once you
are done with the track you can just leave it as is, or bounce it to audio.
Either way when you mix down the project it'll all be there. You don't have
to record in 1 pass...

Ok. I didn't yet download sfz from the site but I'll play with it. I'm
guessing the ting has to be an audio track. If so I guess I have  to do
everything right in one take. Right?

Insert sfz,  then load the font, go to the midi track for sfz's properties
and select the bank and patch for the sound font you want to use; sometimes
after selecting you have to press play for the changes to be sent and
activated. Also, make sure the track has a channel selected...

Hello. Is it easy to get sound fonts to play using sfz in sonar/  I finily
got my midi keyboard to work using sonar but how easy is this task using
Jsonar, I mean having sfz play your sound fonts you have in sonar? Am I
making sence? Orry guys I don't  know much about midi. Lol.
