yes , so didI; unfortunately there's no way for us to "edit" the automation events , just remove them and re-record.

sorry for butting in but all I see is the events list It looks like I cannot edit there. I did look at the incert h ther and it is helpful but wow! I also want to edit someting I messed up on automation wise.

Hi, go exactly to such a position in your project and call up the event view, in the view menu. There is a lot to take in, so please read carefully. Sometimes it can get really sofisticated so I learned not to make random movements in my mix *grin*
I discovered that sonar is able to realize if I make a slow or a fast move with a slider or a knob. Don't forget the undo button if you delete to much :-)

hi Phil , Chris , and others into mixing.
suppose I automated panning , volume , mutes , and other track/bus parameters and saved the project.
after a few days , wanted to modify the existing automation; e.g shorten or lengthen some of the fades.
part of the data was on tracks , and part on buses.
is there a way to select and edit it in Sonar 8?
if not , any info regarding this in future Sonar versions?
