[Jsonar] hsc short cuts r not working

Are you getting some kind of error, such as expected x, but found y, or
window not found? Alternatively, if this is your first run of dimension  and
you are trying to open the program browser, you need to give it a few
seconds, while it builds the programs database. What does hsc tell you? Did
you follow Phil's suggestions and refresh the keymap?

enabled yes, and the hsc is loaded,
when i hit the control shift ult f1, its working, but ult shift b for
instance, not working

Any ideas?
