[Jsonar] An audio issue

Hi all,
Well, I have not replaced my old Soundblaster card, but it's time to do that since I think this is related to the driver and the card.
If I have several softsynths in a project I am getting a crackling sound when playing it back, but not after I have exported the project to an audio file.
I am useing Asio mode and I have set the latency to 2ms.
Doesn't this thing have to do with audio driver and the audio hardware that is being used?
